How To Order Storage And Make An Appointment

This article will guide you on how to select a storage option and make an appointment.

Ordering storage and scheduling a pick up is easy with Alluster. All requests can be completed through our website at Alluster

When you visit our website, please select the size of storage unit you require. If you’re unsure of what size you need, try our calculator here.

Click “Select Plan & Schedule a Pickup”

Then, select the size you require. If you don’t see the size you’re looking for, select “Show More Storage Options” under the available sizes.

When you see the option you need, select “Book Now”

Now you’ll have the option to select the type of service you require. You can either choose the curbside option- where our team will pick up your items outside waiting for the team during your appointment. The other option is the full service- where our team removes everything from inside the home for you.

If you need more information, select “See More Details” below each option.

We have different options available depending on which type of service you are choosing. Please follow which applies best to your situation below.

Curbside Pick Up Option

Now that you have chosen the curbside pick up option, you’ll be able to give us a little more information about what we are picking up. This will help the team prepare for your appointment.

Please select all the options that apply to you:

Please also include any information that will help us with your appointment in the notes section at the bottom of the page:

Then select “Continue to Scheduling”

Now you’ll have the opportunity to enter your contact details. A breakdown of the pricing will be located on the left side of the screen. We don’t charge anything until the items are picked up, we only validate your card at this time. You can also change and selections you made previously by clicking “change selection” above the contact information.

Then select “Continue”

Now you can enter your appointment address and select “Continue”

Now select the date and time for the pick up. If the date and time are not visible, we are not available for that date/ time range.

Now, select if you are choosing the additional insurance option. See insurance details here

Please enter your payment details and select “Add Billing Information”

You’re all set! Any additional information can be located on the screen after adding your billing information.

Full Service Option

Now that you have chosen the Full Service option, you’ll be able to choose the terms you’d like for storing long or short term. See benefits of long term storage here.

Please select the terms you’d prefer for storing under each option:

Now you’ll be able to give us a little more information about what we are picking up. This will help our team prepare for your appointment.

Please select all the options that apply to you:

Then fill out any notes we will need to know about the appointment on the bottom of the page. You’re able to include anything you want the driver’s to know for your appointment. Then select “Continue to Scheduling.”
