Login to your Alluster account. Ensure you are in the correct location or your email will not be recognized. Locations are listed at the bottom of the home page.
Once you've logged in, select "My Stuff'. Then "Manage & Retrieve" on the current storage space you have with us.
After you select "Manage & Retrieve", choose the "Return My Stuff"
You will now have the option to select "Choose Your Items"
Then select the items you would like returned beside the corresponding photo then continue to the next page:
Then select the time and date from the availability schedule and click "Continue".
Now enter the return address and any other additional information needed for the appointment.
Then select "Complete Appointment"
You aren't done yet! Ensure you select "Schedule Return" to complete the process. Please note the appointment will be cancelled within 30 minutes if this option hasn't been selected.
