Dear valued Alluster customer,

In order to keep you and our staff safe during this time, we have updated delivery procedures for COVID-19.

We are keeping an eye on our staff to make sure they remain healthy and are providing them with the needed protective equipment and sanitizing anything that is needed to reduce any possible contamination. Please also let us know of any possible risk as we would like to make sure we can be as best prepared as possible for your order.

Our staff will work to maintain a safe distance from others and we ask that you help do the same to keep everyone safe. If you are immune compromised, please contact us ahead of delivery so we can plan ahead and avoid any surprises.

If at all possible, we would appreciate pick ups curb side or outside your residence, but realise that will not be possible for all orders. We are still here to help with that, and will have our crew come in and handle your things.

In addition, we have opened up our Vancouver warehouse for pickup and drop offs by appointment. We hope this helps open up access for people at this time. There will be no delivery or pick fees for any drop off for this.
