Returns can be placed through your Alluster account at anytime. You can login here: alluster.com/login 

Once you’re logged into your Alluster account, select the “My Stuff” option. Or if you’re currently logged in, proceed with this link: https://alluster.com/customers/orders

The next screen will display your orders. Select the “Manage & Retrieve” option.

You will now see your order and will have the opportunity to select “Return Order Items” in the top right of your order.

Select the storage units you would like to be returned. Please note if you’re currently purchasing additional insurance, select this option as well. 

Before selecting “Continue”, enter the promo code RETURN1 if this is your first return. Then select “Continue”.

Then you can proceed to choosing your time and date to have your storage unit returned. Please make sure you are booking within the correct time zone displayed above the available dates and times. Then select “Continue”.

Fill out the necessary information for the return order. Please ensure this is the drop off address and contact information for your appointment. 

Select “Complete Appointment”.

You will then see the completed appointment. Please continue and select “Schedule Return” below the outlined appointment. 

Now you’re all set! Get ready to receive your items!
