Alluster appointments are usually for one hour. All items will need to be packed and ready for when our driver’s arrive. Please ensure a service elevator is booked if applicable. We can certainly go over the hour for larger orders.

We charge labour for the pick up and also the return on all new orders. Please see Delivery Fees for more information.
