If you have pictures of your items we have in our storage you can at anytime add them to your catalog to make the retrieval and other processes more simple. When you log into your Alluster account you choose "My Stuff". Next you will have to choose the "Manage and Retrieve" option for the order you would like to catalog. Once you have done this, you will click the manage option for the item you would like to customize. You will then be directed to a new page with an option to "Catalog". Click on this option and you will now be able to upload a picture of that item, or also add a brief description to refresh your memory when ordering a return.
