This feature will allow you to check your information for any return requests past or present. Here's how to do so:
First, login to your Alluster account. If you’re on the home page, select the “person” icon at the top right of the page:
Please enter the email you signed up with and login. If you have forgot your password, you can request a temporary one at this time as well. Follow this guide to request a password if you’re having troubles.
Now select “My Stuff”:
Then select "Manage" under the storage unit that's currently active:
Select the "Returns" tab on the top right:
Now select the "Code" under the return you want view:
The next page will display all the information about the return you've requested. You'll be able to view the items requested, address for the appointment, service type, and contact information:
If you have multiple returns and selected the wrong request, you can click "Go Back To Returns" above the information to find the correct appointment:
