When you initially placed an order with Alluster you would have received a confirmation email of your upcoming appointment. Rescheduling and cancellations can be made through this confirmation email.
The email will detail the appointment and underneath you can select the “Change/Cancel Appointment”
Then select “Cancel”. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Please Note:
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if the driver's have begun their trip to your address.
