Making Changes to an Appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel a storage pickup, you can do so easily.

Once you initially place an appointment and create an Alluster account you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment.

Through this email you will be able to select a different date and time from what we have available in our schedule. 

Appointments cannot be changed the day of. You will have to contact the Alluster Support team to reschedule for you.
