We do not charge your account until we pick up your items. During your pick up appointment, we can change the size of the order if required. There is no need to let us know unless the order is going to be larger.

If the size of the order will be much larger than initially expected, please let us know at https://alluster.com/contact so we will be able to inform the drivers to be ready for it.
